Serve it just like that or with a chutney of your choice as a healthy morning breakfast or a nutritious snack.<br /><br />Ingredients<br />Oats - 1 Cup<br />Semolina - 1 Cup<br />Curd - 1 cup<br />Salt to taste<br />Cumin seeds - 2 Teaspoon<br />Coriander - Chopped<br />Carrot(grated) - 2 tbsp<br />Tomato - 1 Chopped<br />Green chilies - 3 Numbers<br />Onion - 1 Cup<br />Oil 2 Teaspoons<br />Baking Soda <br /><br />DIRECTIONS: <br />1. Take oats and make it into fine powder in a blender. <br />2. Take this oats powder and sooji in a bowl then add curd, water, salt, cumin seeds, chopped tomato, grated carrot, chopped coriander and mix it like a dosa batter. <br />3.
